Use Manage subscription under Plan & usage in the extension to cancel future renewal in the hosted portal. Access continues through the paid period shown by the service. Pausing, uninstalling or disabling configuration sync does not cancel a subscription. Contact support with necessary order details for duplicate charges or other refund requests. No automatic refund, fixed refund window or free trial is promised; statutory rights remain unaffected. Direct plan switching is not currently available in the portal; contact support about changing plans.
